THE

When
your ruler is retrograde, let the Moon represent
you.
When
your ruler is peregrine (this is when a planet
is not in a sign or element of its own, or
the moon makes no aspect) let the Moon be
your ruler.
When
your ruler makes no aspect to the planet ruling
the matter asked about, let the Moon represent
you. The Moon still has more information to
aid in the judgement of your horary chart.

RULER: Unlike natal astrology where the Sun
is the most important planet, in Horary the
moon is the important planet.
Naturally,
the moon rules her sign, Cancer. The moon
in Horary rules all the activity in the chart,
all the changes and is the co-ruler. She initiates
all the changes, as she is the developing
power in the chart.
WHEN
A HORARY QUESTION IS POSED ON A MONDAY, the
moon-ruled day, and/or during a moon-ruled
hour of any day, change and activity will
have some special importance.
